New clients: after your initial appointment is set you will have a link emailed from Therapy Appointment to set up a patient portal account. Once your patient portal account is set up all paperwork that needs to be completed prior to your first appointment will be accessible via your patient portal account.
Existing clients: the above link will take you to the login page to access your patient portal account.
